My First Art Show

On March 13th, I had my first solo art show at The Book Cove in Pawling, NY which runs through April 30th. Attached are photos taken at the show and an article that was run in the Pawling Press on March 26th.

Andrew, thank you for your wonderful Atelier in Cornwall, NY. The school allows me to be creative and expressive in a very comfortable and friendly setting with great people.

Tara, thank you for giving me this opportunity at The Book Cove. 

I want to especially thank my best friend and wife for her support all these years. Thanks for coming on this artistic adventure with me! Without you, I would not have succeeded this far.

A note from a friend:
"This is a beautiful painting. The embroidery on the outside cover is elegant with the little red ornaments which reminds me of red rubies. The thought that I get when looking at the beautiful cover is that it’s saying “even though I am beautiful on the outside, I am of no value until I share what’s on the inside”. When I see the open box with the hearts flowing out of it, and the ribbon on the side, what I feel it saying is “I have untied my heart, laid aside the cover, and poured the treasure of it out to you”. It reminds me that on the inside of our hearts is sweet treasure that can only be shared and enjoyed when we take the cover off."
